Tea Leaf Play Dough
Uses the tea leaves left over from your iced
tea bags. This dough is good for small pieces and beads that you want to
have a stone-like appearance.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon water
approximately 2 tablespoons used tea leaves
Directions:
1. Mix the flour, salt, and water in a bowl.
2. Then add as many of the tea leaves as the dough will hold without
getting crumbly and falling apart.
3. Knead the mixture into a smooth, firm ball of dough.
4. Use as you would other clays and allow to air dry.
Variation: use crumbled, dried
flower petals in place of the used tea leaves.
