Easter Fudge Cut-outs

Easter Fudge Cut-outs

Ingredients:
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (You can also use peanut butter chips, butterscotch or your favorite.)
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Line a 13 x 9 inch cake pan with aluminum foil.

In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and the salt.

Microwave on high for 1 minute then stir. Microwave another 15 to 30 seconds, just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth when stirred. Blend in the vanilla. Stir in walnuts if desired.

Immediately spread evenly in the foil lined cake pan. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

Have a large cutting board ready, then use the foil to lift the fudge out of the pan and place, foil side up, on the cutting board. Peel off all of the foil.

Using Easter design cookie cutters, cut into the different shapes. Store in an airtight container to keep them from drying out.

*Children should always be supervised when preparing or cooking in the kitchen.
